Sheldon J. Donner
Sheldon
J. Donner , CPA, is a managing principal of the business
advisory and accounting firm of Donner Weiser & Associates,
P.C. and is responsible for the tax practice of the firm. He has
more than 35 years of experience as a tax planning specialist and
tax consultant for businesses and individual tax clients. He represents
taxpayers before the IRS on income and estate tax matters, offers-in-compromise
and other tax related issues.
Shel is listed in Who's Who in Finance and Industry and is well respected as an authority on tax issues. He is a popular speaker before business and civic groups regarding income and estate tax planning matters. He has served as an instructor for the Ohio Society of CPAs and is the former chairman of the taxation committee of the Georgia Society of CPAs. He has appeared as a tax expert on CNN, WSB-TV, and GPTV. He has also been featured on WCNN radio, is a regular guest on WSB radio with award-winning anchorman Mike Kavanagh (as well as on the Clark Howard Show) and contributes tax ideas to Mr. Kavanagh's newsletters.
Shel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Kent State University. He began his tax career with Arthur Andersen & Co., in Cleveland, Ohio and has been a practicing CPA in Atlanta, Georgia since 1976.

Michael A. Weiser
Michael A. Weiser, CPA is a managing principal in
the business advisory and accounting firm of Donner Weiser &
Associates, P.C. and is responsible for the audit and accounting
practice of the firm. He has more than 35 years of experience in
audit and accounting matters, including specialties in business
consulting and domestic litigation support.
Michael has provided court testimony in a variety of matters including
matrimonial litigation, minority stockholder litigation, and bankruptcy
proceedings. He is qualified to act as a financial consultant in
the collaborative law divorce resolution process. This process enables
spouses to divorce without expensive litigation.
Michael represents companies and stockholders in mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses and professional practices and has advised individuals and attorneys in the formulation of principalship and stockholder agreements.

Debra L. Carpenter
Debra L. Carpenter, CPA, CVA, is a principal in the business advisory and accounting firm of Donner Weiser & Associates, P.C. Debra has more than fifteen years of experience as an accountant and auditor, and has been practicing as a certified public accountant in the Atlanta area since 1988. Her experience includes specialties in financial accounting and in the valuation of businesses and investment principalships.
Debra earned her designation as a certified valuation analyst in 1995. She has prepared valuations in connection with matters such as matrimonial litigation, personal estate planning and the sale of closely-held businesses.
Debra holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. She is licensed to practice as a CPA in Georgia and Florida and is a member of these professional organizations:

Kathie B. Gottlieb
Kathie B. Gottlieb, CPA, is a principal in the business
advisory and accounting firm of Donner Weiser & Associates,
P.C.. Kathie has been a practicing certified public accountant in
the Atlanta area for more than 15 years. Her areas of specialty
include income and estate tax planning, tax research and tax preparation
for individuals and businesses.
Active in the Atlanta community, Kathie has spoken to the Alliance
for Women Chiropractors and the Buckhead Women's Networking Group
on tax matters, has volunteered as a tax expert for Georgia Public
Television and The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, and served
as the Treasurer for the Cystic Fibrosis Camp of Georgia for over
four years. She is a regular guest on WSB radio with award-winning
anchorman Mike Kavanagh and contributes her tax expertise to Mr.
Kavanagh's newsletters.
